Lem Daniel Savage, 69 of Anahuac, Texas passed away at his home on Friday, August 17, 2018. He was born January 6, 1949 in Port Arthur, Texas to Clarence and Mary Frances (Weatherford) Savage. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and was a Bronze Star with a V recipient; he was a sharp shooter in the Army and enjoyed going to the range and going fishing.
He worked as a pipefitter for Shell Oil in Deer Park before retiring after 30 years of service.
Lem is survived by his daughter, Kristi Savage; sister, Paula Thorp; step-sons, Paul and Chris Daniel. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Mary Frances Savage.
