Mae Muriel Camp Aldridge passed into God's loving care peacefully on October 26, 2014. Muriel was born in Daisetta, Texas on November 10, 1929 to Alfred Andrew Camp and Una Lee Fulgium Camp. She married Melvin C. Aldridge on April 21, 1949 in Palestine, Texas. Mae was an avid reader and enjoyed listening to the Bible, sitting out under the shade of her trees, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a sweet, loving, nurturing mother and loving wife who cherished her family immensely. Muriel is survived by her husband, Melvin C. Aldridge, Sr., daughter, Rhonda Stumbaugh, son, Melvin Aldridge, Jr. and wife Chess Miles, son, David Aldridge and wife, JoAnn Aldridge, five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Alfred and Una Lee Camp. A grave side service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 29, 2014, at Grandview Cemetery, 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, Texas 77505. Rev. Bill Cole will be officiating.
