She is preceded in death by her husband of 44 years John Mc Intyre; her parents Frank and Mittie Fortenberry and sisters’ Modella Averett and Ruby Pinder.
She worked at Soho Daycare and was a charter member of Second Baptist Church of Laporte, and President of the Women’s Missionary Union.
Margery is survived by children Pat Cloutman and husband Bobby; and Frank Waugh; grandson Robert Cloutman; nieces Barbara Monlezun and husband C.J.; Carolyn La Borde and husband Paul; 4 grandnieces, 1 grandnephew and best friends Helen and Ralph Noel. She will greatly be missed.
Visitation will be held at Grand View Funeral Home on Monday, February 15, 2016 from 5:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at Grand View Funeral Home at 3:00 P.M., officiated by Dr. B.L. Worsham with interment to follow at Grand View Memorial Park.
