Mary Janet McBride

A devout Catholic, Janet lived her life with faith, love, and kindness at the center of all she did. She now joins her mother, father, and her beloved husband Dennis, in heaven. Janet leaves behind her sister, Phyllis, and her children Donald, Michael, Debbie, and Kenneth. She was also blessed with loving sons- and daughters-in-law, as well as many cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy and pride.

Janet will be remembered for her unwavering faith, her gentle spirit, and her devotion to family. Her kindness and wisdom touched countless lives, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

A visitation will be held at Grand View Funeral Home, located at 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, TX 77505, on October 1, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A funeral Mass to celebrate her life and faith will be held at St. Mary's Church, 816 Park Dr, La Porte, TX 77571, on October 2, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. A graveside service will follow at Forest Park East Funeral Home & Cemetery, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598, from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Catholic Charity in her name.

Mary Janet McBride will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
