Ramón Galindo, 88, long time resident of Pasadena, Texas passed away Saturday, October 14, 2017, with his family by his side. Ramón was born on September 23, 1929 in Linares, N.L., Mexico to Everto Galindo and Hortencia Guerra. Ramón was preceded in death by his wife of 32 years, Maria Guadalupe Galindo. He is survived by his daughters: Maria Mays (Larry Mays), Olga Garcia (Pedro Garcia), Rosa Galindo, Hilda Giangrosso (Michael Giangrosso), and Magda Galindo. He leaves behind four grandchildren Nathan and Nolan Mays, Clarissa and Craig Giangrosso. Ramon was a person of faith and loyal to his family and friends. He was a devoted father, and proud grandfather. Ramon retired from the City of Pasadena with 26 years of service.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. with a Vigil Mass at 6:00 p.m. at St. Hyacinth Catholic Church in Deer Park, Texas. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, October 20, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Hyacinth Catholic Church with interment to follow at Grandview Cemetery.
