Sylvia Moralez

Sylvia Moralez passed away surrounded by the love of her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, mother-in-law and friend whose kindness and strength touched all who knew her.

Sylvia was born to Leopoldo and Guadalupe Robledo, both of whom preceded her in death. She built a life filled with love and family alongside her husband, Alfred Moralez, to whom she was married for 52½ years. Their marriage was a beautiful example of enduring love, partnership, and commitment.

Sylvia’s greatest joy in life was her family. She was the proud and loving mother of four children:

• Alfred Moralez Jr. and his wife Maria, parents to three sons: Gavin, Luke, and Bryse

• Mike Moralez and his wife Lindsay, parents to two daughters: Kennedy and Cambree

• Monica Brown and her husband Spencer Brown, parents to their son Myles, Jayden(†) and Mason(†)

• Lisa Thomas and her husband Josh Thomas, parents to Dillon, Logan, Noah(†) and their daughter Olivia

Sylvia found immense happiness in being a grandmother and treasured every moment spent with her grandchildren. Her home was a place of warmth, laughter, and unconditional love—a reflection of the life she so selflessly lived.

She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, strong faith, and unwavering dedication to her family. Sylvia’s legacy lives on through the many lives she nurtured and the love she freely gave.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who were blessed to know her.

Visitation will be held at Grand View Funeral Home in the Yellow Rose Chapel, located at 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, Texas, 77505, on February 27, 2026, from 9:30 am to 10:00 am. A Celebration of Sylvia's life will begin at 10:00 am. Immediately following, she will be laid to rest at Grand View Memorial Park.
