Thelma J. Weston

Thelma Jane Weston, 101, died peacefully Saturday, November 30, 2013 in Pasadena, Texas.Thelma was a member of First Christian Church of Pasadena, Texas. She was born October 31, 1912 in Payne County, Oklahoma to Ray Franklin and Dora Fisk. She was in preceded in death by her husband, Ed Weston and her daughter Dolores Jean Wade and her husband Z.W. Wade. She is survived by her children Norma Sue Ernst and husband Jerry Ernst of Pearland, Texas and Jim Weston and wife Nancy Weston of Deer Park, Texas. Thelma was also survived by 7 grandchildren Debbie Brewer, Brenda Turner and spouse Joe, Dale Wade and spouse Jackie, David Wade, Pam Rodriguez and spouse Jason, Michelle Carter and spouse Jon, and Nan Nouis and spouse Robert, 11 great grandchildren Matt and Samantha Pilkington, Lindsey and James Turner, Anna Wade, Dana and David Jr. Wade, Shelby Brewer, Hailey and Kailey Nouis, Nathan Carter and 2 great-great grandchildren MacKenzie and Gabby. Honorary Pall Bearers are Dale Wade, David Wade Sr., James Turner, Matt Pilkington, Joe Turner, Jon Carter, Jason Rodriguez, David Wade Jr. and Nathan Carter. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 4, 2013 from 1:30 – 2:00 pm at Grand View Funeral Home. Funeral Services celebrating Thelma’s life will follow at 2 pm in the Chapel of Grand View Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Grand View Memorial Cemetery. Rev. Judy Dalton will be officiating.
