Great Uncle Billy was always so much fun to be around. His energy was contagious!
While I was in high school (the 80's), Aunt Robbie and Uncle Billy were in California, for what reason, I cannot remember. We were all driving to or from someplace and somehow Uncle Billy and Aunt Robbie went the wrong way on a one way street. There just happened to be a police officer nearby, that witnessed the error. So, they were pulled over. However, minutes after they were pulled over, they were allowed to continue on their way. Later when we were all together someone asked if he had been given a ticket. His reply, a simple no. When pressed why not, again his reply was simple, "because we're from Texas"!

He will be missed. It is a comfort in knowing that he is with the love of his life!!
