David Leal

David is survived by his beloved wife, Stephanie Barajas; his children, Deborah Dauneth Leal and David Alejandro Leal; his mother, Diana Armendariz; his father, Jesus Leal; three siblings, Jenny Lee Leal, Jeremy Leal, and Jannette Leal.

David was a dedicated employee of the City of McAllen and a faithful member of Fortified City Church, where his presence brought joy and comfort to those around him. His passions were as vibrant as his heart. Whether he was going door to door selling fruit, barbecuing for his family and friends, or casting a line at his favorite fishing spot, David’s joy for life was infectious.

Known for his incredible kindness, David permanently extended a helping hand to those in need. His selflessness and generosity were a testament to the amazing heart that touched everyone he met.

David’s life was one of service, love, and simple joys, and his memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. He will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of crossing paths with him. Rest in peace, David. Your legacy of kindness and love will continue to inspire.

Visitation will begin Saturday, November 23, 2024, from 5:00 PM to Sunday, November 24, 2024, at 7:00 AM at Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr, Texas, with a prayer service at 7:00 PM on Saturday, November 23, 2024.

Funeral services are under the direction of Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr, TX.
