Ezequiel Perez

Ezequiel Pérez, de 88 años, de Pharr, Texas, entró en el descanso eterno el martes 18 de mayo de 2021. Ezequiel nació el 10 de abril de 1933 en Guatemala, México, hijo de Atanasio Pérez y Gregoria Salinas.

Ezequiel fue un esposo muy amado, abuelo, hermano y amigo que será recordado como un hombre de familia. Era un gran trabajador y era su propio jefe. Ezequiel tenía muchos pasatiempos como escuchar música y cantar, pero su pasatiempo favorito era arreglar y reparar cosas en su casa, asi era el, arreglaba todo para su amada familia. Ezequiel era conocido por ser alegre y bromista que siempre recibía a todos con una sonrisa. Era amado por muchos y disfrutaba ver alegria a los demás. Los recordaremos como era el, un hombre amable y amistoso, generoso y cariñoso que tocó los corazones de muchos.

Ezequiel llego a tener otro gran amor y ese fue a su dios, Jehová. Durante sus 31 años de servicio fiel a Jehová, Ezequiel tenia muy presente la gran necesidad que había en predicar la palabra de Jehová y darlo a conocer a otros. Ezequiel aprovecho su vida y su vejez para predicando y conduciendo estudios hasta donde le era posible porque amaba a Jehová.

"Tu llamaras, y yo mismo te responderé". (Job 14:15)

A Ezequiel le sobreviven su amada esposa, Cristina Pérez; hija, Rosalinda Pérez; hijo, Juan Martín Pérez; hija, Rosabel García (German); hija, Araceli Garza (José); 16 nietos, cinco bisnietos, dos hermanos y dos hermanas, junto con numerosos familiares y amigos.

A Ezequiel le precedieron en la muerte su hijo, Moisés Pérez; los padres, Atanasio Pérez y Gregoria Salinas; hermano, Pablo Pérez y hermana, María Arce.

Una visita para Ezequiel se llevará a cabo el lunes 24 de mayo de 2021 en Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley en Pharr de 4:00 pm a 8:00 pm con un servicio a las 6:30 pm que se transmitirá en vivo a través de FaceBook y Zoom. Su entierro está programado para el martes 25 de mayo de 2021 a las 11:00 am en Palm Valley Memorial Gardens.

Ezequiel Perez, age 88, of Pharr, Texas entered eternal rest on Tuesday, May 18, 2021. Ezequiel was born April 10, 1933 in Mexico to Atanasio Perez and Gregoria Salinas.

Ezequiel was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend that will be remembered as a family man. He was a hard worker and was self employed. Ezequiel had many hobbies such as listening to music and singing but his favorite past times was fixing and repairing things around the house, he was Mr. Fix It to his beloved family. Ezequiel was known to be lighthearted and a jokester that always welcomed everyone with a smile. He was loved by many and enjoyed seeing joy in others. Simple stated he was a kind and friendly man that was generous and loving who touched the hearts of many.

Ezequiel had another great love and that was for his god, Jehovah. During his 31 years of faithful service to Jehovah, Ezequiel was always aware of the great need to preach Jehovah's word. He utilized his life even into his senior years to preach and conduct bible studies where and whenever possible because he loved Jehovah. We all eagerly anticipate the fulfillment of Jehovah's word.

"You will call, and I myself shall answer you." (Job 14:15)

His charisma and unique personality will forever be remembered and greatly missed.

Ezequiel is survived by his beloved wife, Cristina Perez; daughter, Rosalinda Perez; son, Juan Martin Perez; daughter, Rosabel Garcia (German); daughter, Araceli Garza (Jose); 16 grandchildren, five great grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters, along with numerous extended family and friends.

Ezequiel was preceded in death by his son, Moises Perez; parents, Atanasio Perez and Gregoria Salinas; brother, Pablo Perez and sister, Maria Arce.

A visitation for Ezequiel will be held on Monday, May 24, 2021 at Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr from 4:00pm to 8:00pm with a talk being held at 6:30pm which will be lived streamed via FaceBook and Zoom. His interment is scheduled to follow on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 11am at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens.
