Juan Manuel Puente

Juan Manuel Puente, born on March 17, 1957, passed away on December 29, 2025, at the age of 68. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, known for his love of hunting, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren. Juan was also a talented craftsman, who enjoyed drawing and painting.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Maximina Tovar Puente, and his children: Juan Manuel Puente Jr., Marco Antonio Puente, Emily Puente, and Erika Marie Puente. Juan is also survived by four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesus Puente and Emilia Puente Dominguez.

A visitation will be held on January 2, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm with a Rosary at 7:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley, located at 4607 North Sugar Road, Pharr, TX 78577.

The chapel service will be held on January 3, 2026, at 10:00 am at Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley. Following the service, the burial will occur at 11:00 am at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens, 4607 N Sugar Rd, Pharr, TX 78577.

Juan's presence will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Juan Manuel Puente, nacido el 17 de marzo de 1957, falleció el 29 de diciembre de 2025, a la edad de 68 años. Fue un esposo, padre y abuelo devoto, conocido por su amor a la caza, la pesca y pasar tiempo con sus nietos. Juan también era un artesano talentoso, que disfrutaba dibujar y pintar.

Le sobreviven su amada esposa, Maximina Tovar Puente, y sus hijos: Juan Manuel Puente Jr., Marco Antonio Puente, Emily Puente y Erika Marie Puente. Juan también deja cuatro nietos. Fue precedido en muerte por sus padres, Jesús Puente y Emilia Puente Domínguez.
