Laura Aguirre

Laura shared a beautiful marriage with her husband Noe since 1969. Together, they created a welcoming home where family and friends felt cherished. They first met at church and built their life on a foundation of traditional faith and values. For over 40 years, Laura was an active member of Iglesia La Roca, serving as a devoted Sunday school teacher. A natural homemaker, Laura was known for her culinary skills and her love of cooking. She had a gift for preparing delicious meals and found joy in feeding those she loved. Gardening, crafts, and meditating on the Lord's word were some of the hobbies she enjoyed. Her dedication to her family was unparalleled. Laura was extremely family-oriented, maintaining close relationships with her 12 siblings and their families. She was known for her giving nature, kindness, and strong work ethic. Laura always ensured that her family was provided for and cared about. Laura's legacy of love, faith, and family will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for her warmth, generosity, and unwavering devotion.

Survived with deep sorrow by her beloved husband, Noe Aguirre; three children, Laura Aguirre, Noe Aguirre Jr., Esther (Gilbert) Surita; brother, Luis Quintanilla; twelve grandkids, Carlos (Renee), Josue (Marina), Victoria, Lauren, Daniela, Alejandra, Isaiah, James, Samantha, Sharon, Joaquin, Emma; three great grandkids, Isabel, Carlos III, Leonardo and one on the way; numerous family and friends.

Laura is preceded in death by her parents, Librado and Rosa Quintanilla; her daughter, Susana (Carlos) Cortez; eleven siblings, Amelia, Eva, Rosa, Ana, Jesus, Napoleon, Leonelo, Idelfonso, Samuel, Esther, Romana.

A viewing will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley on Monday, July 8, 2024 from 5pm to 10pm with a prayer service at 7pm. Services will continue Tuesday, July 9, 2024 with a funeral service at 10am followed by burial at 11am at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens.
