A visitation for Rafael will be held Sunday, February 6, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a prayer service to follow at 7:00 PM. A chapel service will occur Monday, February 7, 2022 at 2:00 PM, at Funeraria Del Angel in Pharr with a burial to follow at 3:00 PM at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr, Texas.
