Roberto Lopez Hernandez

Born in Donna, he lived the last 27 years in San Juan. Mr. Hernandez was a proud veteran of the US ARMY. He was a loving and caring husband, father, and grandfather. His unique humorous personality had everyone smiling at all times. Bobby enjoyed family gatherings, traveling, rock music-heavy metal, and going to the beach. His unique charisma and smile is going to be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 16 years, Belinda Hernandez; his four children, Veronica Monique Hernandez, Roberto Michael Hernandez, Erica Maxine (Michael) Silva, Bobbie Janelle Lopez-Hernandez; his three step-children, Judy Lee Gomez, Marcos Ray Coronado, Martin Zamarripa; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; numerous brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be held from 5 pm to 11 pm, with a 7 pm rosary on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr. A catholic service will be held at 10:30 am in St. Joseph Catholic Church in Donna on Thursday, June 8, 2023. Interment will take place at 1pm at Rio Grande Valley Veteran Cemetery in Mission.

Funeral services are under the direction of Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr.
