Roberto S. Martinez

Born on August 16, 1933, in Pharr, Texas, he was a residence of Edinburg, Texas, where he was cherished by family and friends.

Roberto was a hardworking man throughout his life, he carried himself with quiet strength, integrity, and dedication. His humorous, inspirational, and thoughtful spirit brought comfort and joy to those around him. He loved the outdoors and found peace in its simple pleasures.

Family meant everything to Roberto. He especially treasured time spent together at family BBQs, where laughter filled the air and stories were shared around the grill. One of his simple joys was sitting outdoors watching the traffic pass by. Those everyday moments became treasured memories that his family will forever hold close to their hearts.

Roberto’s life was a blessing, his memory a treasure, and his love a gift that will remain in the hearts of many forever.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley, located at 4607 North Sugar Road, Pharr, TX 78577, on February 23, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.

A Christian service will be conducted at the funeral home on February 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., followed by a committal service at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens, 4607 N Sugar Rd, Pharr, TX 78577, at 11:00 a.m.

Funeral services are under the direction of Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr.
