Roel Garza

It is with great sadness that we, the family of the late Mariano † and Hermila E. Garza † of Alamo, TX, announce the death of their youngest son and member of our family.

He is survived by his children with his first wife, the late Janine Salas Garza †: Crystal Denise Garza, Isacc Marcos Garza, and Adrian Garza. He is also survived by his children Felicia Garza, Romeo Garza and their mother Jennifer Saenz.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his oldest brother and sister-in-law, the late Rogelio Garza † (Alice †) and his sister Maria Rosario Lopez †(Erasmo).

Roel is also survived by his brother Mariano Garza Jr. (Armandina), sister Maria (Cookie) R. De Leon (Gilbert), brother Artemio Garza (Diane), brother Ramiro Garza (Diana), and brother Ruben Garza (Estella).

In passing, Roel lovingly leaves behind six grandchildren, four great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Del Angel Funeral Home, 4607 N. Sugar Rd., Pharr, TX with a memorial service set for Monday, August 18, 2025, from 5pm-9pm, with

the reciting of the Rosary at 7pm.
