EDINBURG- Rolando Martinez, 49, left to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 in Edinburg. He was born to Rogelio Martinez Sr and Ermelinda Garcia on December 25, 1968 in Edinburg. Left to cherish his memory is his loving mother, Ermelinda Martinez; daughter, Amanda Martinez; daughter, Natalie Martinez; daughter, Anysha Martinez; son, Rolando Martinez Jr and his nephew whom he loved as his son, Jacob Pequeño. He will also be greatly missed by his sister, Sonia Treviño; sister, Norma Pequeño; brother, Rogelio Martinez Jr and grandson, Luis Enrique Zamora Jr. Family will receive friends Sunday, June 3, 2018 from 1 pm to 9 pm with a rosary recited at 7 pm at Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am, Monday, June 4, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Entombment will follow to Palm Valley Memorial Gardens at Pharr. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley of Pharr.
