Vicenta Esparza De Villarreal, age 66, of Edinburg, Texas passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2022. Vicenta was born September 28, 1955 to Daniel Esparza and Maria De La Luz Esparza in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

Mrs. Esparza is preceded in death by her parents; Daniel and Maria De La Luz Esparza, and two brothers; Joaquin and Juan De Dios Esparza.

She is survived by her beloved husband; Roman Villarreal, her children; Roman Villarreal Jr. (Alma), Lydia Villarreal (Ricardo), Juan Ramirez, Maria I. Contreras (Carlos), Griselda Villarreal, Adriana Villarreal and Crystal Rodriguez (Juan). She is also survived by one brother; Santos Esparza.

Mrs. Esparza leaves behind 25 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren to cherish her memory.

A visitation for Vicenta will be held Friday, March 11, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and a rosary at 7:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr, TX. A continued visitation will occur Saturday, March 12, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM with a chapel service at 1:00 PM. Cremation services are scheduled for a later date.
