Chad Emile` DuBois, 29, of Phenix City, AL passed away Tuesday at his home. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 20, 2011 at 4:00 pm in the chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 3770 Hwy 431 N., Phenix City, AL with burial in Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
Chad was born February 25, 1982 in Sidney, New York, son of David and Corinne Everly. He was self employed in construction and baptist by faith. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Eileen Marie DuBois.
Survivors include his parents, David and Corinne Everly of Phenix City, AL, brother, Steven Tidwell of Columbus, GA,Joseph Everly of Phenix City, AL, three children, Kayanna Browder, age 13, Ori Italia-Moye` Sanks, age 5, Jurni Emire`Sanks, age 2, granparents, Marshall Lyle DuBois, Dolores Eileen DuBois both of Phenix City, AL, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.
