Christine Lunsford, 68 of Phenix City, AL, passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at Phenix City Health Care. Graveside funeral services will be held Friday, February 11, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at Lakeview Memory Gardens, according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 3770 Hwy 431N, Phenix City, AL. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
Ms. Lunsford was born January 3, 1943 in Phenix City, AL, daughter of the late A.B. and Rosanna McLendon King. She was a member of Auburn Heights Baptist Church in Phenix City.
Survivors include her children, William C. Arrowood, Sr. and wife, Debbie of Pelham, AL, Joseph L. Arrowood and wife, Susan of Phenix City, AL, Susan Dawson of Smiths Station, AL, sister, Shirley Cook of Smiths Station, AL, brother, Albert J. King of Phenix City, AL, grandchildren, William C. Arrowood, Jr., Amber Rabon, Kyle Arrowood, Logan Arrowood, Joshua Dawson, Christolyn Dawson, great grandson, Waylon Arrowood, step-great grandson Nicholas Rabon, numerous nieces, and nepews.
