So sorry to hear of cousin Enzo passing.
Even though we lost touch over the years I will always share his passion for faith, family and friends. 

So sorry to hear about Uncle Enzo.  I remember when he taught myself and David how to skate.  He even taught me how to skate backwards!  Holidays with both families were always such a fun time with tons of laughs.

Lot of memories came upon us and we are grieving with the family.
Jan and Enzo are people we have met that have made impact in our lives.
They have been with us in Norway and we were happy to live at their place more than once.
Their hospitality, kindness and love for other people is printed in our hearts.
Memories are coming up when we traveled together through the mountains and southern country of Norway. Me and Enzo went to the Home Depot together looking for new tools. Lots of meals with good conversations around their kitchentable.  Always talking with Enzo with good advice and an eagle wiew. His smile and brotherly kindness will never fade away.

We have been neighbors with the Salvadors for 20 years. We have shared waves, smiles, good conversations, and even the sweetest dog ever(Jasper).  Enzo will be missed in our neighborhood. I can only imagine how much his family will miss him. Our deepest sympathies go out to all of those who knew this kind man. 
Jan, we will always be here for you.

Brother Enzo was such a special friend to our family.  He was a real man of God and had such grace to share his life with us.  Our times together became such a blessing to us all.  He had a true teacher's heart.  We had serious moments, but most often we had such fun.  He and I loved teasing each other and I will always remember those times.  The last time that we spoke, he was already plotting ways to get me back for my most recent gag gift!  He had such a great love for his family and that was always apparent.  We are blessed that we were able to really know who he was.  Until we meet again!

Martha and I have so many fond memories of our time spent with Brother Enzo. We traveled all over the Southeast with my Parents and Brother Enzo and Sister Jan. From Nashville, to the beach, and many trips to Pigeon Forge. We had so many laughs, so many games played, and made more than our share of coffee pit stops. Between Bro. Enzo and my Dad they always kept us laughing. On a more serious note, one of the things I knew about Brother Enzo, is that he loved his family and was very proud of them. Also I always enjoyed Brother Enzo singing and he was always willing to lead worship. He had a willing heart and he had a zeal to follow the truth! He will truly be missed, but I know he is now in the presence of God cheering us on. Keep my Dad company until we meet again. Love, Paul and Martha West

Bro. Enzo laughed at me more than once,  but he never made me feel mocked. Any time I ever picture him in my mind, it's with that twinkle in his eyes. The time I remember the clearest was at the church in Columbus. He'd just bought a Suburban like ours, except the rear doors were different.  Nathan could probably tell you that the hub caps were also different.  I wouldn't know that.  We had walked out of church and I was standing around talking.  Suddenly I realized that Wes had gotten so impatient with me that he'd gotten the Suburban and was driving up to the portico to pick me up.  Feeling bad that I'd  missed his cues that he was very ready to go,  I raced over and yanked open the door,  starting to step in when Enzo's deep voice said, "Wrong vehicle,  Joyce." We've laughed about that a few times. It's not everyone that I can hear their voice when I think of them,  but I can his. 
I'm so very sorry for your loss,  for your grief.

Enzo’s smile, welcoming heart and wisdom planted many seeds of love in our hearts. We always had such a good time we would make the 17 hr drive and a treasured visit was always a high point. We never left without a large dose of love. Jan you and your kids are in our prayers. You and Enzo are special people. Enzo is with his beloved Savior. My thoughts and prayers are with Enzo’s immediate family, although I’ve never met them, as well as his sister,  AnnMarie. I went to elementary school with Enzo where we were friendly and acquaintances. Enzo’s sister, AnnMarie, and my sister are fast friends. I’ve thought of Enzo many times over the years for no particular reason except maybe his name passed my sister’s lips in conversation. When I heard he was ill, I prayed for him to get well but ultimately for Gods Will to be done. I guess God wanted Enzo with Him. I will continue to think of Enzo in the years to come. Salvador family and AnnMarie, I am so sorry for your loss. May God comfort you until you meet with Enzo again.

When my son, RJ, and I first visited Smith’s Station, Alabama, it was to attend a conference at New Hope Revival Ministries.  The first couple we met there were the “Heiseys.”  Sis. Heisy’s first words after welcoming me to Alabama were, “There is someone you NEED to meet.”” She took me by the hand and led me to Jan and Enzo Salvador.  That meeting was divinely orchestrated by the loving Hand of God at work in my life.  Jan and Enzo welcomed RJ and I into their home every visit that followed and He knit my heart with theirs.  Jan and I were kindred spirits and Enzo welcomed all my questions and thoughts with the patience and enthusiasm that flows out of a father’s heart (not that he was old enough to be my father, he wasn’t even close) to a hungry heart.  Even when years passed between visits, I knew I would always be welcomed into their home.  It became a “resting place” for me—a place I could simply be Karen, knowing that was more than enough for them.  Their hunger and passion for the Lord and their desire to know and live their lives based on the Truth of His Word stirred my heart to seek after those things for my own life.  We could talk for HOURS about God, His plans for His Bride and how the days we were living in pointed to that day when He would return for us!   I KNOW I will continue to have that time and those conversations with Jan, but not having Enzo’s voice join us will be felt to the deepest parts of my heart!  Though my heart grieves this loss, it is yet filled with thanksgiving for the privilege of being able to call Enzo
Salvador my friend and my brother in Christ.  Thank you, Enzo, for sharing part of my life’s journey—you will never be forgotten!
