A graveside service with military honors will be held on October 2, 2025, at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery, located at 553 Hwy 165, Fort Mitchell, Alabama. The service will commence at 12:30 pm.
Thomas is the son of George Welch and Carolee Abrams Welch.
He served honorably in the US Army and the Army National Guard.
Other than his parents, he is survived by his brother, David Welch, daughters, Tiffany Reisinger and Malley Sandor and four grandchildren, Daniel, Dillinger, Jared and Elizabeth.
