
Wanda Peters Cloud, 69 of Phenix City, Alabama passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at St. Francis Hospital. A memorial service will be held Friday, September 9, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. ET at Epworth United Methodist Church with Rev. Grant Parker officiating, according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 3770 Hwy 431 N., Phenix City, AL. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
Wanda was born December 8, 1941 in Fayetteville, NC, daughter of the late Rufus Peters and Edith Boyd Peters. She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church in Phenix City, AL, a member of the National Ataxia Association, a loyal Auburn fan and a homemaker. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Cloud and her daughter, Dawn Cloud Huguley.

Wanda's positive and selfless attitude and interest in others was an inspiration to her family and friends.
