Beatrice G Gonzales

92 went to be with the lord on Thursday March 1, 2012, with her family by her side. Wife of 74 years to the late Antonio Gonzales and mother to 13 children, Beatrice is survived by daughters; Maryann (Marty) Peterson, Marie (Eric) Neely, Janie Valdez, Lucy (Rod) Kent, Becky (Bob) Reed, Irma (Robert) Ripley, Patricia (Marylou) Nunez, sons; Rudy (Petra) Gonzalez, Mike (Patsy) Gonzalez, Tony Gonzalez Jr. (Becky), Robert (Teresa) Gonzales, brother Guadalupe Guzman. Beatrice is also survived by 37 grandchildren, 69 great-grandchildren, and 13 great, great grandchildren. Beatrice was preceded in death by her husband Antonio Gonzales, daughter; Beatrice Silva, son; Jose Daniel, grandson; Jose Hernandez, her parents, five sisters, and three brothers. Beatrice lived her life as a housewife and was happiest being around young children. She enjoyed singing and playing with them. She also was a fan of the Phoenix Suns, Arizona Diamondbacks, and the Arizona Cardinals. Sad are the hearts that loved you, sad are the tears that fall, but living our lives without you will be the saddest part of it all. You’ll forever live in our hearts. A visitation for Beatrice will be held on the 7th of March 2012 at East Resthaven Park Mortuary 4310 E. Southern Ave. Phoenix from 5pm to 7pm with a Rosary Service to begin at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be held on the 8th of March 2012 at 10am at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church with interment to follow at East Resthaven Park Cemetery. Family to have a reception to celebrate Beatrice’s life following interment services.
