A visitation will be held at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, located at 4310 East Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042, on January 21, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A second visitation is scheduled for January 22, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the same location.
The funeral service will take place on January 22, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens. Following the funeral, a graveside service will be held from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm at the same venue.
