peacefully passed on into eternal life October 17, 2011. He was born and raised in the Phoenix area, and was a United States Army Veteran. A kind and caring man whose life revolved around his family. Epi is survived by his beloved wife Isabel of 53 years, daughter Adelina (Frank) Blanco, sons Epifanio Jr (Nellie) and Frank (Belinda) Vasquez. He is also survived by his brother Johnny, sister Mary, nieces, and nephews. He was loved and will be truly missed by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation 9-11am, Thursday, October 20, 2011 at Resthaven Park Mortuary 4310 E Southern Ave Phoenix, AZ. Followed by Funeral Service at 11am. Interment at Resthaven Park Cemetery 4310 E Southern Ave Phx. AZ.
