Essie is preceded in death by her husband, Eldridge J Marion and son Doyle Marion. She is survived by daughters Evelyn Desi and Doris Taylor; sons Ben, John and Ron Marion; Grandchildren: Shelly Mackey, Derek Vest, Dirielle & Darien Marion, Kristine & Jacob Marion, Taryn & Jared Marion, Janice, James & Jesse Marion; Great Grandchildren: Krystal & Nick Ahart, Brandon Mackey, Jolean Svancara, Dominick, McKenzie, & Austin Vest, Dax & Harlow Marion, Kaylee D-Wolf, Aubrey & Dylan Cason; Great Great Grandchildren: Alison & Conrad Mackey, Porter, Gray, & Soren Svancara.
Visitation will be held Saturday, July 22, 2017 at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, 4310 E. Southern Ave, Phoenix AZ 85042, at 8:00 AM, funeral at 9:00 AM, followed by interment at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens.
