Everyone who knew my Tio Felix knows how much he loved the Wildcats!  I can say he loved Family even more, because after all he loved and supported me, his Sun Devil niece.   When asked he would say that he loved me despite my flaws.  And even despite these flaws, Felix and Cindy opened their home and hearts when we moved to Phoenix and were getting on our feet.  And boy was he a jokester.  He often reminded me that when I graduated from that scum school I shouldn't expect him to have any part of it.  But of course, you can guess who was there to greet me with hugs on graduation day.  I'm sure my Tia Cindy had something to do with him being present, and for that I still thank you!  As for Andres, Sergio, and Ruben, rest assured your dad has probably already negotiated Arizona's next championship wins with the Big Guy in the Sky.  No doubt he suggested several loss requests for ASU as well.  I would expect nothing less!  I think of my Tio Felix and the family often and will always keep you close to my heart.

April 5th, 2015 was the day I lost my brother Felix.  My brother was a wonderful father, grandfather, and a great Tio.  He was a best friend to all, and was always compassionate, brave, and loved the University of Arizona fiercely.  He always put family first and had dreams of taking care of everyone.  Even though I am no longer able to speak to my brother, he will always live on in my heart and memories.  I will miss how my brother used to make me laugh as siblings can.  A few years ago the family was in Sedona.  As I was doing yard work, my sister was trying to get my attention and he yelled, "Hey! Don't talk to the help, and we all cried laughing.  Your lovable spirit and contribution to life is what I'll miss the most.  I will never forget how brave you are taking cancer head on with a Bear Down attitude.  I will never forget what a great man, and father you were.

Feliz was my cousin Cindy's husband. but you would never know he was not "Blood" of the Campas/Acosta Clan.  He always was there..smiling..making jokes.  He used to Love. Love..my mom's cooking and could eat up a storm.  Never shy about asking for seconds..loved that and so many monre things about him.  That is why it broke my heart when he could not longer eat...Will miss you Felix..but I now you are in a much happier place. Our dearest Felix, my friend I've known you since our days at Wakefield.  You were always good to me.  We played ball together and I still remember when we were playing JV football at Pueblo when we were running Mr. Acosta's 4th quarter drill and you and Ray Camacho helped carry me through the rest of the drill.  Gonna miss your laugh, wit and kind heart. You made Cindy the most precious wife in the world, from all of us thank you.  Cindy, and the boys please know that Felix is with you always, in your heart, eyes and of course the boys smiles. I remember when I first met this man!! He was witty and funny!!  He had a big heart and I could always tell he adored Cindy. They were a couple that no one could tear down. A lot to be admired❤

My Tio was an amazing man, One thing I can say about him is he had the strangest sense of humor but we all loved that about him and he will be  missed. I can say I am grateful to know he will be reunited with his godson/ my brother Roman Aldana where they will be watching over all of us.  We love you Tio and you will always be in our thoughts.
