The funeral service is scheduled for October 9, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at an St Andrew's of the Apostle Catholic Church at 3450 W Ray Rd, Chandler, AZ 85226.
A graveside service will follow at Resthaven/Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, 4310 E Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042, on October 9, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
