Jacqueline worked for the United States Postal Service for 19 years as a Mail Handler. She was known for being a wonderful mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, best friend, and girlfriend.
Jacqueline is predeceased by her Grandpa and Grandma Moya, Grandpa and Grandma Gonzales, and nephew Baby Michael Aaron Santos. She leaves to cherish her memory three children, Amanda, Jacob, and A.J. Hernandez; parents Jacob Moya and Rebecca Gonzales; sisters Annette and Becky Moya; and her boyfriend Isaiah Dixon.
Funeral Service will be held Wednesday May 4, 2016 at 10:00am at Resthaven/Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, 4310 E Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042.
