

Mrs. Joyce Ann Booth “Peewee” was born on February 4, 1952 in Phoenix Arizona. She was the second oldest child out of seven siblings. She departed her life on July 2, 2023 after a lengthy illness. She received her education at Palmdale Elementary, South Mountain High School, Phoenix College, and Cosmetology School. Joyce Booth Hair Design was known throughout the valley. She did hair for over 50 years. Joyce married her loving husband Ramon Booth Sr on April 27, 1973 and a union of 3 children was born; Ramon Booth Jr and Darkisha Booth. Preceding her in death was her youngest son Montique Saymon Booth. Joyce A Booth made friends wherever she went and will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew her.. She was a kind-hearted, sweet and devoted family person who loved spending time with them. Joyce was so full of life and talented. Her beautiful smile would brighten up any room. She was a wonderful loving mother who loved her husband,children, siblings and her entire family. A treasure in all our lives. She leaves to mourn and cherish her memory her loving husband of 50 years Ramon Booth Sr, her son Ramon Booth Jr and his wife Kamika Booth his children Tonyea Warren, Tairay Warren, Rakeisha Primous-Booth, Raianna Primous-Booth,Rakianna Primous Booth, and O’Shea Primous. Her daughter Darkisha Booth her husband Richard Elam her children Keijuan Elam, NaShon Elam, Keishon Elam, and Raishon Elam. Nine great grandchildren. Her siblings Doris A Batson, Rosie L Awosika, Brenda L Sharp and husband Jerry Sharp, Charles E Braggs, Jesse L Braggs Sr., Jerry L. Braggs Sr. and James A Braggs who has proceeded her in death. She had a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends that will indeed miss he
A celebration memorial service for Joyce will be held Saturday, July 22, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Elevate Christian Church, 4655 S. 16th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85040.
