Visitation will be held at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, located at 4310 East Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042, on February 13, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
An additional visitation will take place at an external service location at 4601 W Encanto Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85035, on February 14, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.
The funeral service will follow at the same location on February 14, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
