With deep love and gratitude, we remember and honor the life of a remarkable woman whose legacy lives on through the many lives she touched both personally and professionally. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, and treasured great-grandmother.
Her life was defined by grace, strength, and an unwavering love for her family.
She also carried a deep sense of purpose in her work and truly loved her work family. She dedicated 45 years of her life to serving in emergency rooms, where compassion, resilience, and service to others were not just part of her job, but part of who she was. Throughout her career with Good Samaritan, Banner, Abrazo, and many other emergency rooms, she formed lifelong friendships and made a lasting impact on countless patients, physicians, nurses, and colleagues. Her commitment, professionalism, and heart for others will never be forgotten.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Charles Scott Jr., and her loving daughters, Claudia Cantu, Sandra Miramontes, Veronica Miramontes, and Lisa Caraveo, along with their spouses, whom she loved and embraced as her own. She leaves behind 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, each living testament to the love, values, and traditions she so faithfully instilled.
Though our hearts grieve her passing, we are comforted by the enduring legacy she leaves behind a legacy of love, unity, service, and devotion to family. Her life was beautifully lived, her impact immeasurable, and her memory will forever remain in our hearts.
Her life. Her Legacy. Our Love.
