Thomas Carrasco, 43, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on February 1, 2017. Services will be held at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens Monday, February 20, 2017, Visitation beginning at 9:00am, Funeral service at 10:00am followed by burial.
