Virginia Victor Carroll passed away on August 28, 2013. She was born in Topeka, Kansas on October 2, 1915, to Roy and Isalena (Commons) Cokenour. Virginia is survived by her children Joan Ryan, John (Yvonne) Victor and Judy (Rick) Pebley; grandchildren Robert (Maureen) Brown, Julie (Steve) Syrmopoulos, Richie Pebley, Alishia Pebley, Kory (Beau) Victor-Bell, Ryan Victor and Alex Victor; great-grandchildren Derek White and Richard Pebley; sister Eileen Wade and brother Ted Cokenour. Virginia will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 4 at Resthaven Park Chapel, 4310 East Southern Avenue, Phoenix.
