Wilma Jane Kinney

Wilma Jane Kinney, age 93, of Chandler, Arizona, passed away on March 22, 2026. She was born in Keechi, Texas, on March 21, 1933, and moved to Phoenix, Arizona at the tender age of eight. Although she adored her father in whose honor she was named, she preferred to go by her middle name, Jane.

Jane graduated from Phoenix Union High School in 1950 and married Frank Pasco a few months later. Their marriage resulted in two children – Gary and Sharon. From 1957 through 2006, she worked as an office manager for multiple businesses, including a court reporting firm, an attorney’s office, and a property management company.

Jane put her faith in Jesus Christ early in life and attended Bethel Baptist Church along with other members of her family. She enjoyed visiting Laughlin, Nevada, and sharing Sunday dinner with her daughter’s family who lived just a few miles away.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents, Wilmer and Lura Jane Robertson, as well as by her older sister, Doris Jean Townsend. She is survived by her children and their families, including three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.

A committal will be held at Resthaven/Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, 4310 E Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042, US, on April 2, 2026, from 10:00 am to 10:30 am.
