Glenda "Da" Metrejean

Glenda “Da” Metrejean, 53, passed away peacefully, Thursday, April 21, 2011, surrounded by family and friends. She is survived by three beautiful children, James, Dodie, and Gabrielle; two adorable grandchildren Sidney and Alexis; a loving friend and companion, Arlene; her loving mother Rita T. Metrejean; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Leanna and Lester Coupel, Linda and Carlis Gaudet and Bonnie Metrejean; three brothers and sisters-in-law Elwood and Rita Metrejean, Lanson and Monica Metrejean and Harry Metrejean and Veranda Weber.

She was preceded in death by her father Armand Henry Metrejean; grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Dosvila Metrejean and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Paul Templet; sister-in-law Jeannie Metrejean; and Godfather Sidney Metrejean.

Glenda “Da” will be greatly missed by all who knew her!

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 25, 2011 at Ourso Funeral Home in Pierre Part from 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow in church cemetery.
