

Mildred Guillot “Mitch” Breaux, 62, a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and friend died on Sunday, March 15, 2015. Mitch was a LSU basketball and football fan, enjoyed going to the casino, and drinking her cokes. She was a native of Pierre Part and resident of White Castle. She is survived by her two daughters, Tina Templet and husband, Jonathan, and Lacey Breaux and Scott Waguespack; a loving granny to Julee Templet; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Anna Mae and Norman Mabile, Dot and Roger Johnson, Joyce Guillot and EJ Alleman, Selma and Kenny Matassa; four brothers, Ervin Guillot, Linwood and Grace Guillot, Logi and Audrey Guillot, Jessie and Darlene Guillot; one sister-in-law, Delores Guillot, and her fiancé Gary “Flap” Legendre. Former husband Edrien Breaux.Preceded in death by her parents Clayle Blanchard Guillot and Phillias “Pheas” Guillot, son, Tommy Breaux, her brother Oswald Guillot, three nephews, Bruce Guillot, Joseph Guillot, and Greg Guillot; and two sisters-in-law, Phyllis Woods Guillot and Valerie Fernandez Guillot and great nephew Jacob Matassa.Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. and will resume on Friday, March 20, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. at Ourso Funeral Home in Pierre Part. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at St. Joseph the Worker at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow in church cemetery.Pallbearers will be Grant Johnson, Guy Johnson, Jonathan Templet, Scott Waguespack, Benson Mabile, Teddy Mabile, and Tony Matassa.
