Frank was top drawer individual, with the dedication to his work and to the mission of the university he worked for.   Frank loved his work helping hundreds of students find their chosen career goals.  His management experience and expertise to motivate his admissions office resulted in stellar performance by all.  His love of people gained him the respect among everyone who knew Frank.  RIP my ole friend!   My prayers and sympathy go out to his entire family.
