

SIVERTS, Patricia A. 71 of Coral Springs peacefully passed away April 2, 2013 to join her departed loved ones and friends. She is survived by her husband Ing, sister Nancy Fiorella, son Mark (Jodi), grandchildren Saarika and Ryan, son Scott (Jacki) grandchildren Sasha and Holden and daughter Christina Marcantonio (Tim), grandchildren Heather, Sean, Ashley, and Kayla. Patricia A. Siverts was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota. Her parents were Frank and Helen Sinna. She was raised with two siblings. She had one older sister, Nancy and one younger brother, Frank (Skip). She graduated from Alexander Ramsey High school in 1959. She enjoyed some courses more than others, having favorite classes and teachers. Her favorite class in high school was writing.
While growing up, her best friend was Joanne Dworshak. Later in life, she developed a lifelong friendship with Joan Nachtwey. Close friends and family knew that her kindness was unmatched.
On December 21, 1985, Patricia exchanged wedding vows with her life partner Ing T. Siverts at the Advent Lutheran Church of Boca Raton, FL.
Patricia was exceptionally compassionate when it came to her children. She gave her family unconditional love and kindness, sharing her artistic nature by turning everyday events into creative play. Patricia was blessed with three children, two sons, Mark and Scott, and one daughter, Christina. She was also blessed with eight grandchildren, Saarika, Ryan, Sasha, Holden, Heather, Sean, Ashley, Kayla.
Patricia found ways to enjoy what she did for a living. She worked hard and did her best to succeed every day. Her primary occupation was business owner. She was self employed for Maxigraphics Inc. since 1987.
Patricia enjoyed her leisure time by taking part in various hobbies. Her favorite pursuits were collecting stamps, collecting spheres, listening to music, reading, raising show dogs and watching American Idol. Patricia was content to enjoy her hobbies alone but was also willing to share her interests with others. She was relaxed in her approach to her leisure time because she wanted to savor the present moment.
Patricia's faith was important to her. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Stillwater, MN and Advent Lutheran Church. During that time, she volunteered by knitting caps for newborn babies.
Patricia was a huge lover of animals and cherished her pets. Dogs were always a big part her life, as family pets. She raised Pekinese show dogs and later raised Shih Tzu dogs for many years. One of her favorite dogs was a Shih Tzu named Chin-chin. Most recently, Patricia's favorites pets were cats named Twig and Sprout. In Pat's final days, Sprout remained at Pat's side constantly, to the moment of her passing.
Patricia passed away on April 2, 2013 at Hospice by the Sea, Boca Raton, FL. She is survived by husband; Ing T. Siverts, her sister; Nancy Fiorella, two sons, Mark (Jodi) Ellis, Scott (Jacki) Ellis, daughter; Christina (Tim) Marcantonio, grandchildren; Saarika, Ryan, Sasha, Holden, Heather, Sean, Ashley, and Kayla. Services were held at Advent Lutheran Church. Patricia was laid to rest in Stillwater, Minnesota.
Patricia was a good woman, a kind woman, and a practical woman who will for all time be remembered by her family and friends as being warm and deeply caring. She leaves behind her a treasury of life-long friendships and wonderful memories. Patricia always had much to give and was able to make those connections in her life where her gifts were appreciated. Patricia was a faithful, practical and loving person. Everyone whose life she touched will always remember Patricia A. Siverts.
