

Zenobia Hansotia, a beloved, gentle, and compassionate soul, passed away on September 20, 2025, at the age of 78. Born on October 10, 1946, in Karachi, Pakistan, Zenobia was a cherished daughter of Firoze and Dhanmai Hansotia, who predeceased her.
Zenobia's early life in Karachi was marked by a dedication to education, culminating in a Master's degree in English. She pursued a fulfilling career as an educator before embracing her role as a Domestic Engineer.
In 1969, Zenobia married Behli in Karachi, and in 1972, they moved abroad, eventually residing in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Zenobia is survived by her loving husband Behli, her brother-in-laws Kersi and Zubin, her sister-in-laws Shiraz and Mehra, her nieces Tanya and Nairica, and her nephews Mahyar, Jamshed, and Jehangir.
Zenobia was known for her love of reading and was considered knowledgeable by those who knew her. Her commitment to her community was evident through her role as a respected elder in the Zoroastrian Association of Florida.
A funeral service will be held at Kraeer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, located at 1199 NE 36th Street, Pompano Beach, FL 33064, on September 23, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
