UAnn “Ann” Foreman passed away peacefully, at her home, on November 1, 2025, at the age of 93. Ann was born in Churchpoint, LA, on July 27, 1932. She was preceded in death by her faithful husband of 57 years, Coty Foreman. She is survived by her children, Mark Foreman of Groves (Leeann), Kirk Foreman of San Antonio (Donna), Karla Youngblood of Pt. Neches (Rodney) and Stacie Collins of Cedar Park (Trey), 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Ann devoted much of her life to her family. She was a loving mother who supported her family, in part, by attending her children’s/grandchildren’s activities. Ann believed in “showing up” for her children and cheering them on.
Ann faithfully attended Immaculate Conception Catholic Church most of her life. She was also a prayer warrior. For many years, she prayed the Adoration at St. Catherine’s Church in Port Arthur. Ann also prayed ceaselessly for her children, family and friends. God is faithful and watches over her loved ones. The Foreman family was truly blessed by her (thanks Mom!).
Ann was employed at Pt. Arthur Teachers’ FCU for over 20 years, retiring in 2003. She loved her time at the credit union and made many lifelong friends there. She devoted her retirement years to her grandchildren and traveling with Coty, family and friends. The highlight of Ann’s travels was visiting Rome to see the Pope.
Ann was also active in a ladies’ PoKeNo club for 30+ years. These women shared the joys and trials of life and were wonderful friends. Ann loved her PoKeNo group.
In her last years, Ann was lovingly cared for by Sophie, Marbelia and Brittany. These ladies are truly angels sent by God. They treated Ann as if she was family. The Foremans owe a special debt of gratitude to these extraordinary women.
Ann was predeceased by her brothers, J.D. Prejean and Emery Prejean, and one sister, Peggy Powell.
