Chuong Minh Bui

Mr. Bui was a member of the Queen of Vietnam Catholic Church and had lived in Port Arthur since 2000 after moving here from Louisiana. He was a self-employed shrimper. He enjoyed fishing, helping others, working and was a very generous man.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

His survivors include his wife, Tina Vu of Port Arthur; 6 children, Chuan Minh Bui of Vietnam, Xuan Le Minh Bui of Port Arthur, Julie Hoang and husband John Hoang of Houston, Hang Le Minh Bui and husband Henry Nguyen of Port Arthur, Tommy Bui and wife Becky Bui of Port Arthur, Johnny Minh Bui and wife Tram Bui of Port Arthur; sister, Gam Bui of Vietnam; 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Visitations will take place on Tuesday, August 31, 2011 thru Friday, September 2, 2011, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home, Port Arthur.

A Funeral Mass will be at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, September 3, 2011 at Queen of Vietnam Catholic Church, Port Arthur with interment to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Groves.
