Jacob Ryan Beavers

Jacob Ryan Beavers, 16, of Port Acres passed away Wednesday, September 10, 2014. Jacob was born November 4, 1997 in Port Arthur, Texas to Ronald K. Beavers, Jr. and Sherry Renee Esthay. Jacob was a typical high school teenager who interests were riding dirt bikes and 4-wheelers, going hunting and fishing, taking apart mechanical transportation equipment and seeing how they were made. His best buddy Jayden was always hanging out with Jake in these interests. Jacob loved kids and was always doing things to make them laugh.

Jacob is preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Marion Beavers; sister, Tori Caylan Beavers and uncle, John Baxter. He is survived by his parents; Ronald Beavers, Jr. and Sherry Renee Esthay; great-grandmother, Marie Beavers; grandmother, Mavis Norris; grandfather, Bennie Norris; grandmother, Noris Beavers; grandfather, Ronald Beavers, Sr.; sisters, Tiffany Beavers, Christina Beavers, Candace Beavers; uncles, Justin Norris, Stephen Beavers, Billy Beavers, Anthony Peake and Moufaz Mohammad; aunts, Alissa Esthay-Mohammad, Corretta Beavers, Catherine Beavers and Nicole Peake; nieces, Nevaeh Burchfield, Jazmyn Beavers, Cara Griffin and Hannah Mohammad; and nephew, Gavin Norris.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Wednesday, September 17, 2014 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, September 18, 2014 at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.
