

Mildred Louise LeBlanc, 88, of Conroe, TX, formerly of Nederland, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2012 in The Woodlands. She was born to William and Ossie Risner on October 29, 1923 in Sulphur Springs, TX. Mildred was a graduate from the Texas School for the Deaf in Austin and a lifelong resident of Nederland until moving to Conroe 8 years ago. She was an active member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church and the Altar Society. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts, sewing and was an excellent gardener; however, her greatest joy was being a wonderful, loving mother and grandmother.
Mildred is preceded in death by her parents; her late husband, Maurice LeBlanc; a granddaughter, Janell Pinner and 3 sisters.
She is survived by a son, Maurice LeBlanc, Jr. of Houston; a daughter, Becky Robinson and husband Harold of Conroe and a granddaughter, Brandi DeLao and husband Joseph and daughter Kristen.
A gathering of her family and friends will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home, Port Arthur. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 1:00 p.m., at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Port Neches with burial in Oak Bluff Memorial Gardens, Port Neches.
