Survivors include her husband of 20 years, James Schlachter of Port St. Lucie, FL; one son, Christopher Beaton of Plantation, FL; one daughter, Kristina Beaton of Port St. Lucie, FL; one grandson, Anthony James Slifer; her parents, Jon and Cheryl Steed of Port St. Lucie, FL; one brother, Jon Steed, Jr. of Chickamauga, GA; one sister, Paula Luetgens of Pompano Beach, FL; paternal grandmother, Ella Steed of Conroe, TX; and maternal grandmother, Eugenia Ferguson of Port St. Lucie, FL.

A gathering of family and friends will be Saturday, March 16, 2013 from 12:00 Noon – 1:00PM at the Aycock Funeral Home, Port St. Lucie, FL. A Service will follow on Saturday, March 16, 2013, 1:00PM at the Funeral Home in Port St. Lucie, FL. The family invites everyone for a gathering and remembrance of Andrea to the Holiday Inn - Port St Lucie from 2:30-5:30pm (10120 S Feberal Hwy, Port St Lucie, FL).
