

Dorin was born December 5, 1943, in Bronx, New York to Luis Rolon and Dora Santiago.
Early in life her family moved to Miami, Florida where she spent most of her young years. She attended Barry College and obtained a BA in Education. She taught elementary school in Miami Beach for a short period. Dorin married her husband, Gene Antuna, in 1967 and then followed him during his military service and taught school in Georgia. They later settled in Cincinnati, Ohio where both her son Mark and daughter Victoria were born. Dorin was an eternal volunteer always trying to help others. She was a great mother always taking care of all the needs of her kids and family. She had caring way to teach discipline and loved spending time with her family and friends. She loved the Seasons of the Northern climate and it was hard to convince her to move to Florida for permanent retirement. She accepted the move and found the way to meet many new and dear friends and dedicate herself to volunteering at the Hospitals and Church.
Surviving are her husband, Gene Antuna; son, Mark Antuna of Phoenix, Arizona; her daughter’s family, Victoria and James Sanders, and granddaughter Rebecca; brother Amos Rolon and wife Cynthia of Phoenix, Arizona.
Her family and friends will celebrate her life with a mass at 11AM, Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Saint Bernadette Catholic Church, 350 NE California Boulevard, Port St. Lucie, Florida 34986. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the St. Bernadette’s Capital Campaign Fund at their address above.
