Born in Long Branch, NJ, Frank was a resident of the area for 37 years, growing up in Stuart, FL.
Mr. Charles was a Draftsman for Accuright Land Surveying in Stuart, FL.
He was of the Roman Catholic Faith. Frank was well known in the area as a musician; and also acted as a Cartographer in Civil War Re-enactments.
He was predeceased by his father Thomas Arthur Charles in 1975.
Survivors include his mother, Phyllis Camp of White City, FL; and three brothers, Tom Charles of Charlotte, NC, Gregory Charles of Murphy, NC and Jeff Charles of White City, FL.
Funeral Services will be private, and at the convenience of the family, with interment at All Saints Cemetery, Jensen Beach, FL.
