James Thomas Lattanzi, talented mechanic and business owner of Port St. Lucie, FL unexpectedly passed on April 27, 2019 at the age of 40. James was born on January 12, 1979 in Fort Lauderdale, FL to loving parents, Anthony and Maryann Lattanzi. At a young age, James watched his father work on cars which quickly ignited a spark in him. James had a passion and talent for all mechanics. He especially loved if he got his hands on a Chevy Camaro. As he worked along side his father crafting this trade, he soon earned his certification in automotive repair. One of his proudest moments is when he became a shop owner himself, owning Loww Cost Automotive, for six years.
James not only loved cars but enjoyed music. Some of James fondest times were writing and singing music for his family he adored. His family fondly remembers how he could immediately light up any room he walked into with his amazing humorous personality and his “man vag-gina”. James would always have one of his stories ready, followed by his contagious laughter that would guarantee to put a smile on your face, even on your worst day. Family and friends will always have these amazing moments and are honored to be a part of them. Although James was taken from us too soon, he will always be remembered as “full of life”. In all he did, all James’s inspiration came from the love and support of his mother, Maryann, who was his rock. James Thomas Lattanzi was loved by many but will be missed by all.
James is survived by his parents; Anthony and Maryann Lattanzi of Port St. Lucie. His five children; Branden Lattanzi (Levittown, NY), Dylan Lattanzi (Port St. Lucie), Zachery Lattanzi (Okeechobee), Corey Lattanzi (Port St. Lucie) and his one and only daughter Madison Lattanzi (Port St. Lucie), his fiancé Jami Depriest (aka baby momma) (Port St. Lucie), his brothers and sisters, Michael Moccia (Port St. Lucie), Mary Abt and Brother in law Robert Abt (Port St. Lucie), Thomas Lattanzi (Tennessee), Robin Lattanzi (Port St. Lucie), Desiree Lattanzi (Port St. Lucie), Anthony Lattanzi II (Port St. Lucie), Kevin Benner (Winthrop, MA) and Scott Reddin (Brocton, MA), and was loved and adored by many nieces and nephews.
