Born in Huntington, West VA, he was a resident of Port St. Lucie, FL for several years.
Prior to retirement, he was a group manager for a cruise line.
Jeffrey was predeceased by his husband, Michael James in May, 2017. He is survived by a sister, Gina Gillen, and many friends.
Visitation will be Sunday, July 30, 2017 from 1:00PM to 4:00PM at the Aycock Funeral Home, 1504 SE Floresta Drive, Port St. Lucie, FL.
A graveside service will be Monday, July 31, 2017, 11:15AM at South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, FL.
